Attack Enhancement of your Naval units increases by 70%. Additionally, the units positioned in the back two rows receive a 30% Attack Enhancement. "Silence" 2 random units in the enemy's first two rows for 1 turn. Your naval units get a 10% "Silent Precision": if there is a "Damage Reduction Shield" on those naval units, for each type of the "Damage Reduction Shield", their "Damage Increase" will be increased by 10%. (up to 200% for this hero)
