Cromwell

• Adds a {0}% HP shield to your Army Units, gets 4 rage initially, and each of your unit's regular attacks gains 1 rage, with a chance to acquire 1 more rage. When Rage hits 7, release the skill and fire a missile to attack a slot at random, doing {1}% damage. If all units in the hit slot are eliminated, the neighboring one slots (in any direction, up to 8 slots if the skill eliminates all units in the middle slot) suffer an extra {2}% Splash Damage. Gain 1-2 Rage at random after each time the skill is cast.

• Increase the skill effect of Hero (This does NOT increase the probability of gaining Rage or the number of Rage points).
