When the Rage maxes out at 7, the next time when your unit attacks, a Mecha will show up and randomly throw 4~10 Missiles to random targets, causing {1}% damage each. When your Naval unit releases skill, decreases the Attack of the target(s) hit by this skill by {2}%, lasts 1 turn (not stackable).
